We appreciate your trust on Surrogate One, choose us to Realize your dream of being parent. The steps below provide general steps of what to expect. Our coordinator will help guide you through each step. Sometimes the steps maybe a little bit different between states.

1. Step1：Application

   If you consider using the Surrogate One to carry on the surrogacy, please fill out the application form.

2. Step2：Consultation

   After receiving the application, our coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to confirm a free consultation meeting, so that we can know more about your situation and your requirements on surrogates, complete more detailed forms and answer your questions at the same time.

3. Step3：Profile

   After the consultation, if you decide to choose Surrogate One on the surrogate process, we will list your picture and basic information for surrogate cadidates to review.

4. Step4：Medical screening and procedure

   • Complete the medical screening

   • Psychological consultation

   • Create Embryos in IVF clinic

5. Step5：Matching and Meeting

   • Surrogate and you review each other's profile separately

   • Have a Match Call with surrogate candidate, to know each other more intuitively

   • Confirm match with your Case Manager

6. Step6：Legal Process

   You and surrogate will have your own attorney to help you finishing the process of legal contract. Once the legal contract is signed, the attorney will send the legal clearance letter to your IVF clinic. Then the surrogate will move into step of embryo(s) transfer and get pregnant.

7. Step7：Embryo(s) transfer

   Surrogate will take fertility medicine by the requirment of IVF Doctor. Then the embryo(s) will be transferred to her uteru.Usually 10-14 days after the transfer the clinic will confirm pregnancy via blood test

8. Step8：Pregnacy and Delivery

   The surrogate mother will be subject to the same tests as the her previous pregnancy experience，Monitor fetal development until delivery.Many surrogates provide breastmilk to their intended parent(s) and baby if possible.

9. Step9：Documents

   After birth, there are several documents you need to apply,such as birth certificate. For the international Intended Parent(s), there will be more documents needed to bring your child back to your country.
