Thanks for your willing to help others become parents, following are the requirements of Surrogate One for a Surrogate candidate

• Female between the age of 21-35

• Have delivered one or more children of her own

• Have an uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery history

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S.

• Live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah

• Be a non-smoker, living in a non-smoking home. (Must be smoke-free for 6 months)

• Live in a solid relationship with strong support from her family

• Be healthy and has a healthy life style

• Don't use drugs, abuse alcohol (the same applies to anyone in your household).

• Healthy Weight-BMI no higher than 30 ( better under 25)

• Own a vehicle, for transportation to and from appointments.

• Not currently be receiving federal/state financial assistance, please inquire as some forms of assistance are acceptable.

• Have no history of arrests or substance abuse.

• Undergo a background check (husband/partner needs to as well).

• Undergo a psychological evaluation.

• Undergo medical examination (STDs, Drug test, Hepatitis test, pelvic exam, etc.)

• Be mature, responsible, honest and willing to commit to the screening, IVF and surrogacy process
